This 4-stage smart battery charger is microprocessor-controlled and equipped with a solid 4-LED charging indicator, making it ideal for charging your 12.8V (14.6V max) LiFePO4 batteries. The device features pulse technology that activates the BMS and recharges “sleep” batteries, while the automatic cut-off function prevents overcharging, overheating, and potential fire hazards, thereby extending the life of your battery.

4-Stage Charging Process:

Stage 1: Pre-ChargeThe charger initiates with a small current to gently recharge deeply discharged batteries, enhancing battery cycle life.
LED Indicator: LED 1 ON, LEDs 2-4 OFF.
Stage 2: Bulk ChargeThe charger applies its highest rated current until the battery reaches 80% capacity. LED Indicator: LEDs 1-4 blink sequentially.
Stage 3: Constant VoltageThe output voltage is capped at 3.6V per cell as the current decreases, allowing the battery to reach full capacity without overheating.
LED Indicator: LEDs 1-3 ON, LED 4 blinking.
Stage 4: Cut-OffOnce fully charged, the charger automatically cuts off the output, allowing the battery to remain connected indefinitely without risk.
LED Indicator: LEDs 1-4 ON.
